I had a farewell photo session with this painting. Usually, I can easily part with the fruits of my creativity. But sometimes I get attached and I experience a feeling something like Gollum from The Lord of the Rings felt.
Perhaps it's because with this particular painting I had to go through a bit of a battle before I finally surrendered and simply did what the canvas asked of me. Or perhaps it's because my heart skips a beat when I stand next to it and experience its energy and its power💕.
Whatever the reason is, it's time for us to break up and go our separate ways. She on her journey. Me on mine. And I say to her, in the words of Shakespeare, "Parting is such sweet sorrow." Goodbye and good luck, My Precious😅.
